We offer a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time retail customers or first-time issues on orders with a subtotal of up to $100. If you are not completely satisfied with your finished printed product, simply return it to us for a full refund of the printing cost (excluding shipping and other fees). Please ensure your first order does not exceed this amount so you can confirm the quality before placing larger orders.

RubyPrinting will gladly correct issues related to improper cutting, print quality, color variations, print shift, and printing delays to ensure you are happy with your final product. For more information, please visit our Help Page and select “Order Issues.”

Because of the nature of full-color CMYK printing, we cannot reproduce every possible color and do not offer exact color matching. However, we follow the print industry’s standard for acceptable color and will make every reasonable effort to match your provided colors as closely as possible.

If you encounter any problems, please submit an “Order Issue” ticket from your order page. Include as many details as possible, and one of our representatives will respond within 1–2 business days to assist you.
